By accessing or using Hallway ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Event Organizer Responsibilities

If you use the Service as an event organizer, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to collect speaker and attendee data
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable)
  • Providing accurate event information
  • Using exported data only for stated purposes

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hallway and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
